Boston Interactive Earns Two Horizon Interactive Awards
Boston Interactive is proud to announce that the websites it created for World Wide Waldens and Earth Fare have each been recognized by the Horizon Interactive Awards. The organization recognizes outstanding achievement among interactive media producers, drawing entries from around the world to be reviewed by a panel of professionals from the diverse multi-media, graphic design, and marketing industries.
Of the over 1,000 entries in the 2010 competition, Boston Interactive is honored to have been selected for two Horizon Interactive Awards. The website for World Wide Waldens received a Bronze award in the Activism/Non-Profit Website category. An educational outreach program devoted to protecting the land, literature and legacy of Henry David Thoreau, Boston Interactive designed a welcoming platform to engage and educate users and create a sense of community.
Earning a Gold award in the Website Consumer Information category, Earth Fare needed a website to transform its brand into a highly interactive and engaging community. Boston Interactive designed a stylized website with a secure member login area that allows users to personalize their online experience with the healthy supermarket. The website promotes the benefits of healthy eating through educational content as well as interactive tools such as an event calendar and Health Journey support program.
