Boston Interactive Launches New IC Federal Credit Union Website

Boston Interactive is pleased to announce the launch of the new website for IC Federal Credit Union (iccreditunion.org). ICFCU provides consumer financial services to the Massachusetts communities of Fitchburg, Leominster, Westminster and Ayer. The new website aims to communicate the unique values of ICFCU in order to empower current users and attract new customers.

Boston Interactive strategically designed the website to appeal to a wide audience and communicate the friendly, helpful culture of ICFCU. The site aims to foster a sense of trust and safety within users through a professional look and feel. A well structured navigation system provides members with clear pathways to frequently sought information such as branch locations and loan rates. Testimonials and an expanded HR section promote hiring opportunities, while educational content entices new members and introduces them to additional services.

Developed using the Smartwebs content management system, ICFCU's website was designed to increase search engine traffic and attract younger audiences through the promotion of newer technologies. This includes content specifically related to mobile phone banking, RSS feeds and social media outlets.
