Our continued success has created the need for an Interactive Producer / Project Manager to help deliver our clients the high level of service they have come to expect.
Boston Interactive is seeking an exceptional individual to fill the newly created role. The Interactive Producer is responsible for a wide range of disciplines in order to lead the production of website and web application projects. The Interactive Producer’s role is to manage the scope of work for new projects, establish and maintain project plans and manage the resources to complete all client deliverables.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client engagement from proposal to completion (including project/resource scheduling, project planning, task assignment, correspondence, deliverables, time tracking, training)
- Lead on interactive strategies and align website with business goals
- Coordinate the relationship between departments (User Experience, Production, design)
- Coordinate design and development activities
- Coordinate subcontractor relationships
- Pre-sales meetings
- Weekly status meetings and project updates
- Weekly client status updates
Qualifications:
- Three years of related experience with a track record of accomplishment in website development or advertising agency environment
- Excellent client interaction skills
- Ability to multitask and effectively handle up to ten projects simultaneously
- BA or BS Degree required
- Additional accreditation desired (e.g. PMI certification, etc.)
- MS Office skills
- Good blend of technical and creative dexterity
- Organized, flexible, goal-oriented, results-driven individual
