Healthways contracted with Boston Interactive to redesign an innovative Health Portal that Healthways licenses to healthcare providers around the world. Through extensive information and visual design, the Boston Interactive team designed the portal to be sleek, modern, and easy-to-use. The patient portal carries out Healthways' goal of promoting a healthy lifestyle, improving customer service for healthcare providers, and reducing healthcare costs.
